TimeOasis is currently in a pre-launch reservation stage. At this time, we are not shipping physical products through this landing page. Visitors may choose to join our email list for free, or place a small refundable deposit to reserve launch benefits.

The free “Notify me” option does not require payment. You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at hello@timeoasis.cc.

Paid reservations and deposits

If you choose a paid reservation option, your payment is a deposit toward a future TimeOasis purchase. It is not a full purchase of the physical product.

Paid deposits are credited in full toward your future TimeOasis order at launch.

Current reservation options may include:

• $1 deposit — credited in full toward your future order
• $9.9 deposit — credited in full toward your future order

Refunds before launch

You may request a full refund of your paid deposit at any time before TimeOasis launches or before your deposit is applied to a final product order.

To request a refund, contact us at hello@timeoasis.cc with the email address used for your reservation and your order number, if available.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If TimeOasis does not launch

If TimeOasis does not launch, or if we decide not to offer the product for sale, paid deposits will be refunded in full.

After product launch

Once TimeOasis becomes available for purchase and your deposit is applied to a final product order, the return and refund policy for the final product purchase will apply. We will make the final product return terms available before you complete the full product purchase.

Changes to launch timing, specifications, or benefits

TimeOasis is still in its pre-launch stage. Launch dates, product specifications, pricing, and reservation benefits may change as development continues. If a material change affects your paid reservation, you may request a full refund before your deposit is applied to a final product order.
