1. Purpose of this website

This website is a pre-launch landing page for TimeOasis, a physical focus device designed to help users create stronger phone boundaries.

The product is not currently being shipped through this website. The website is used to collect interest, provide product information, and offer optional paid reservation tiers.

2. Reservations are not final product purchases

A paid reservation or deposit does not mean that a physical product is being shipped immediately.

A deposit reserves certain launch benefits, such as launch notification, discount eligibility, early access, priority access, or other benefits described on the page.

Paid deposits are credited in full toward a future TimeOasis purchase, subject to the final launch terms.

3. Pricing and launch benefits

Reservation benefits may include launch discounts, early access, or priority shipping placement. These benefits are described on the landing page at the time of reservation.

Launch pricing, product availability, shipping timelines, and final product specifications may change before launch. If a material change affects your paid reservation, you may request a refund before your deposit is applied to a final product order.

4. Refundable deposits

Paid deposits are refundable before launch or before being applied to a final product order.

If TimeOasis does not launch or is not made available for purchase, paid deposits will be refunded in full.

5. Email communications

By submitting your email address, you agree that TimeOasis may contact you about product updates, launch information, reservation status, early access, discounts, and related announcements.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

We try to present product information, specifications, pricing, availability, and launch details as accurately as possible. However, because TimeOasis is in a pre-launch stage, some information may change before the final product is released.

We reserve the right to update, correct, or change information on this website at any time.
