TimeOasis is currently in a pre-launch reservation stage. We are not shipping physical products through this landing page at this time.

No physical shipment for reservations

If you join the email list or place a paid reservation deposit, no physical product will be shipped immediately.

A paid deposit is used to reserve launch benefits and will be credited in full toward a future TimeOasis purchase. It is not a completed physical product order.

Shipping timelines

Estimated shipping timelines for the final TimeOasis product will be provided before customers complete a full product purchase.

Because the product is still in development, final shipping dates are not guaranteed at the reservation stage.

Shipping costs

No shipping cost is charged for joining the email list or placing a reservation deposit.

When TimeOasis becomes available for purchase, shipping options, shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and available shipping destinations will be shown before checkout for the final product order.

Priority access

Some reservation tiers may include early access or priority shipping placement, such as “first batch to ship.” This means eligible customers may receive the opportunity to place a final product order earlier than other customers, subject to production availability, payment completion, shipping destination, and final launch terms.

Priority access does not guarantee a specific delivery date at the reservation stage.

Address collection

If a reservation deposit is placed, we may collect your email address and payment information. Shipping addresses may be collected later when the final product becomes available for purchase.

Failed launch or cancellation

If TimeOasis does not launch or if we decide not to offer the product for sale, paid deposits will be refunded in full.
